​Tamin joined Scienta in 2020FunctionsTamin started his career in recruitment in 2018 and over the last 2 years has focussed on the Commercial market which he will continue to do at Scienta as a Principal Consultant Tamin focusses on partnering with Medical Device and Diagnostic companies in the DACH region and has imbedded himself as a "go to" consultant for Sales and Marketing roles. David Lobb joined Scienta in 2020 as an Associate Consultant ​FunctionsDavid focuses solely on Quality Assurance for the Pharmaceutical and Biotech industries across the UK and Europe. A Biological Sciences graduate and former auditor, David takes a strong interest in client and candidate alike and enjoys discovering more about his function. ​Something differentAn enthusiast about health and fitness, David has dabbled in all sorts of sports. One of his favourites in Cornwall, where he grew up, was throwing himself and others off cliffs – he even used to get paid for it!​

Matt Shah joined Scienta in 2020 ​FunctionsMatt specialises in Clinical Operations in the DACH region.​Something differentAfter graduating from Exeter University Matt spent time in a role as a Research Assistant for the Birmingham Institute for Glaucoma Research. Matt wanted to continue working within Life Sciences but in a more client facing and sales focused environment which lead to his career within recruitment. An avid sports fan and keen squash player, Matt spent much of his youth representing Warwickshire and the West Midlands at county and regional levels.​

Rhiannon Ross joined Scienta in 2020 ​FunctionsAs an ex-industry regulatory affairs professional, Rhiannon is perfectly placed to focus on the regulatory market, having spent the last 10 years as a contractor in the UK and Switzerland. Her focus is on all regulatory affairs and operations positions in the DACH region. ​Something differentRhiannon has a passion for music and can be hired as a DJ for weddings, christenings, birthdays and bat mitzvas. But only if the audience like house music. She is yet to take any bookings.​

​Nathan joined Scienta in 2020​FunctionsNathan Specialises in Clinical Operations and Development across Europe and the USA.​Something differentNathan has four years of experience supporting biotech and biopharma companies within the gene and cell therapy area. His primary focus is assisting clients with their contract requirements at their local Headquarters. Nathan lives in Leigh-on-Sea a small fishing town where he hopes to one day own a boat.

Pieter joined Scienta in 2020FunctionsPieter focuses on the Benelux region, specialising in regulatory affairs and business development. Starting his career in 2016, he is a highly motivated and skilled recruiter.Originally from Antwerp, Belgium, Pieter’s fluency in Dutch, along with his specialist knowledge and networking experience, has given him a strong foothold in the Benelux region where he continues to develop partnerships with leading pharma, biotech and consumer clients. Something differentOutside of work you can catch Pieter riding his Triumph motorcycle through country lanes or taking his dog Rocky for a run in the park.​

Tudor joined in 2019 as a Director of Scienta and Head of US operations. Functions Tudor is predominantly a Regulatory Affairs recruiter which is what he has focused on since 2014. However, more recently Tudor recruits for senior roles across the USA in Clinical Development, Regulatory Affairs, R&D and Commercial. Something differentTudor loves all sport and has played cricket and rugby to a high level when he was younger. Tudor spent two years in the USA but still managed to come back a few times a year to completed his MCC matches and become a member, what a waste of holiday.

Lewis is one of Scienta's co-founders and also ensure the business runs smoothly dealing with HR, finance, legal and much more.Functions Lewis focuses on roles in both the US and Europe within Regulatory Affairs. Something differentLewis has always been an entrepreneur and started small with a coffee kiosk in Kent. Lewis is also a gym nut and spends most his evenings and weekends at the gym.

Guy is one of Scienta's co-founders and now heads up the UK and Europe. ​Functions Guy is predominantly a Regulatory Affairs recruiter which is what he has focused on since 2014. However, more recently Guy recruits for senior roles across Europe in Clinical Operations, Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance and Commercial. Something differentBefore Guy started in recruitment he was a ski instructor in France and always finds a way of dropping it into conversations with both clients and candidates alike.
