The company is now looking for a Product Specialist based in Switzerland to take ownership of products within the pipeline to develop and improve the existing products. This ownership includes product development efforts, product life cycle management, product trainings and support on marketing activities. This new hire must be able to communicate with all areas of the company and will interact on a regular basis with R&D, QA/RA, Clinical, Marketing, Sales and Customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide general support, technical support and advisory services to the relevant stakeholders (marketing, sales, RA&QA, R&D)
• Completion of project deliverables according to time, cost and quality expectations
• Contribute to marketing campaigns on SFDC
• Point of contact for Sales, Ops and Quality teams re technical product information
• Product Life Cycle Management
• Contributes to new product development projects
• Responsible from congress management
• Supports the development of sales materials such as brochures, newsletters, marketing campaigns

Requirements

• Work experience: min 5 years in medical devices
• Expertise (e.g. professional, technical): Experience in the medical device / regulated business according to ISO 13485 is a plus
• Education: Level: Bachelor Subject: Biomedical engineering, Engineering or comparable
• Languages: proficient English, German is desired
• Soft skills: Team player, good communication skills, attention to detail, open minded and flexible, agile
