We are working with a multinational pharmaceutical company focused on delivering high quality generic, specialty, and branded pharamceutical products to hospitals, physicians and pharmacists to make affordable medicines more accessible to patients across North America, MENA and Europe.

Their portoflio consists of oncology, cardiovascular, anti-infective and pain management generic injectables.

The Role

In this vital role for the organisation, you would be responsible for developing new relationships and growing existing accounts with key personnel in hospitals and GPOs.

Main Responsibilities

  • Grow existing accounts, identify, and develop new customers, and drive product sales within hospitals and GPOs across Bavaria.
  • Collates accurate and prompt basic sales information and enters them on the CRM system on a daily basis to be revised by the Field Sales Supervisor.
  • Coordinates and communicates with sales representatives and direct manager on a daily basis to achieve sales targets.
  • Acquire the necessary knowledge of all of the company’s injectable products and/or services in order to help increase sales.
  • Complies with all relevant safety, quality, health and environmental procedures and code of conduct to ensure a healthy and safe work environment.


  • Bachelors in a Science related subject, or Pharmaceutical Sales Representative Certification
  • 1-2 years sales experience in hospital or pharmaceutical products
  • Strong communication skills, enabling deep customer relationships
  • Flexibility for travel 3-4 days a week
  • Fluent in German


Annual Base Salary €65,000-€85,000

Additional annual bonus up to €25,000
