As the company continues to grow, they are now looking for committed managers to work from home to strengthen their management team throughout Germany

Your tasks

  • Budget responsibility and control of sales performance and activities for the German business in the healthcare sector
  • Participation in the development of corporate goals and strategies
  • Leading the sales management team including personnel selection and development
  • Implementation of organizational restructuring in sales
  • Development and agreement of sales and commission plans to ensure target achievement
  • Analysis of the effectiveness of sales processes and costs (sales force effectiveness) and implementation of necessary changes
  • Development of a pricing strategy in cooperation with the finance and marketing department
  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with national GPOs as well as local clinic associations
  • Passing on information and work instructions to the sales team
  • Support in identifying new business and product areas
  • Project management for the development of new sales and business opportunities

your profile

  • Successfully completed studies or commercial training in connection with well-founded technical know-how
  • Several years of sales and management experience in the medical technology sector
  • Experience in personnel development, especially in coaching and mentoring
  • Very good communication and negotiation skills at all management levels
  • Result and customer orientation as well as entrepreneurial thinking
  • Fluency in written and spoken German and English
  • Driving license class B and willingness to travel within the DACH region – up to 70% travel activities
