About this role

As HEOR Associate Director you would be a lead decision maker in the development of the strategic, financial, and research plans for all HEOR activities within the EU and Rest of the World (RoW). You’d be working with senior members of the Market Access department, and act as the company leading authority on HEOR activities

In this position you would be:

  • Identifying payer evidence requirements/ needs and ensure clinical trials are designed for optimal reimbursement
  • Developing & executing value evidence strategy and plan, including PRO & RWE development, economic models and local adaptation support
  • Support country evidence needs and dossier reviews, in collaboration with regional leads and Medical affairs
  • Provide inputs to clinical development programs to ensure clinical and economic value of the company’s assets can be quantified and demonstrated
  • Collaborate with the Market Access team in building processes for HEOR to help establish the HEOR functional excellence, with a vision on the present and the future

About you:

  • Life Sciences degree is required, any post graduate degree is a plus
  • Strong experience within a HEOR dedicated role, developing evidence plans and executing research projects
  • Coming from a role taking care of multiple countries (Europe/Global) is highly desirable
  • Strong knowledge within modelling (cost-effectiveness models and budget impact models)
  • Rare Disease or immunology experience would be significant benefit.
