Job Responsibilities

The Director of Clinical Strategy will be leading the clinical development projects of strategic importance to drive the company’s performance and innovation.

• Drive the creation of the clinical development plans, working with the program director and the VP of Development
• Responsible for the creation of clinical development strategies
• Lead your team of 4 strategy managers, including monitoring team performance, and create their development plans
• Take charge of the discussion with regulatory authorities
• Work cross functionally with other teams in the company to provide clinical medical expertise

About you

• Must have
• Life Sciences education (M.D, or Ph.D for example)
• 10 years or more experience in Drug development
• Excellent knowledge of Health Authority interactions (EMA and FDA)
• Strong English reading/writing skills
• Ideally
• Experience in Vaccines
• Strong leadership skills and/or experience
• Fluent in any other European language
