CMC Supply Chain Coordinator

• They are seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator to join the team, the position is part of a growing team within CMC Manufacturing of Oligonucleotides.

Location – Berlin, Germany

About the company

• This company is creating a new class of non-viral gene therapies to tackle genetic disease. With a focus on Genetic medicine, synthetic biology and nano-particle engineering, working to generate a pipeline of advanced gene therapies.

Duties

• Supply chain management/logistics of raw materials/compounds
• Supporting the logistical and CMC activities of the Berlin site
• Management of material production with CMO, attending meetings where necessary, reviewing reports and writing regulatory documents
• Organisation of worldwide shipments
• Stakeholder management/inventory management
• Interpreting and communicating data to other teams
• Supporting with the development, maintenance and optimisation of standards, processes and systems in the manufacturing area
• Supporting process development and manufacturing activities between CMO’s
• Ensuring manufacturing in compliance with cGMP

Experience

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree or equivalent in chemistry or equivalent life science area
• 2-5 years of experience in pharma/biotech industry
• Previous administration/logistical experience and supply chain management (preferably in a biotech research organization)
• Experience in peptide/organic chemistry, oligonucleotides and/or pharmaceutical analytics is beneficial but not essential
• Good written and verbal communication (English)
