About the company

• This privately owned company focuses on biomarker discovery and development, API services and development, pharmaceutical development and analytical services and clinical supply.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and developing a department alongside other analytical managers in the operations unit, as well as supporting recruitment, training and prioritising resourses to meet deadlines in a GMP environment.

Duties

• Hiring and developing the development department
• Managing tech transfer and analytical activities
• Manage the whole department with the other Analytical Managers in the Operations unit.
• Supervising recruitment processes, training of team, managing priorities and resources to meet deadlines, promote business improvement
• Ensure GMP is adhered to in all areas

Experience

• Masters or PhD
• Experience with CDMO/CROs
• Proven performance management of teams
• Up to date knowledge of regulatory guidelines
• Experience managing and developing teams
• Experience in GMP/GLP environment
