Commercial Quality Director
Location: Paris-based, with monthly travel to subsidiaries.

A global healthcare company is seeking an experienced Commercial Quality Director to ensure compliance with Good Distribution Practices (GDP) and regulatory requirements across its international sales subsidiaries. This role is key to maintaining quality standards and overseeing distribution activities for Consumer Health products.
Key Responsibilities
Governance & Quality Strategy
- Define and implement a commercial quality policy aligned with the global strategy.
- Ensure compliance with local and international quality regulations across subsidiaries.
- Lead a network of local Quality Managers and coordinate with global teams.
- Oversee the Commercial Quality Committee and monitor key quality indicators.
- Contribute to the Group’s Quality Leadership Team, supporting strategic decisions and performance management.
Compliance & Regulation
- Ensure adherence to GDP and other distribution regulations.
- Manage regulatory inspections in sales subsidiaries.
- Work with regulatory teams to anticipate legislative changes impacting distribution.
- Oversee quality complaints and product recalls, ensuring swift and compliant resolutions.
Operational Quality & Continuous Improvement
- Implement and standardize quality processes across subsidiaries.
- Manage non-conformities, CAPAs, and internal audits.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and best practice sharing.
- Foster a strong quality culture within sales and supply chain teams.
Digitalization & Performance Monitoring
- Contribute to the development of digital tools for commercial quality management.
- Monitor key quality indicators and implement improvement plans.
- Develop training and awareness programs to enhance quality understanding in subsidiaries.
Profile & Experience
- Degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Quality, or a related field.
- 10+ years of quality experience in Consumer Health, Pharmaceuticals, or Medical Devices.
- Strong background in international multi-subsidiary environments.
- Experience in managing regulatory audits and inspections.
Key Skills
- Expertise in GMP and regulatory requirements for Consumer Health products.
- Ability to lead and manage a decentralized quality network.
- Strategic decision-making and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
- Fluency in English (additional European languages are a plus).
Travel Requirement
Frequent travel to sales subsidiaries.
