I am partnered with a Global Service provider, performing quality management reviews and CE certifications for medical device manufacturers around the world.

They are a global leader ensuring the latest innovations in medical technology reach the patients whilst ensuring they are safe for patients and health workers. This is an opportunity to join an organisation that sets the bar for safety worldwide.

They are looking for a Client Manager to be the face of the company for their clientele across the EMEA region. This position will support their clients in continuous improvement by conducting assessments of their Quality Management Systems and operating processes and advising accordingly.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct effective assessment of client systems and processes against company requirements, whilst being able to give value to clients in your feedback.
  • Prepare assessment reports and deliver findings to clients in a clear and concise manner. Presenting them with viable pathways and solutions to enact following the assessment.
  • Recommend clients on actions regarding ISO 13485, CE and CMDCAS and MDSAP certificates, and map out timeframes.
  • Lead assessment teams as required ensuring the team and clients are always prepared and in the loop.
  • Establish and build professional partnerships to develop the company clientele.
  • Manage multiple projects and optimise your workloads.

Requirements

  • A minimum of degree level qualifications relevant to medical devices (Science or Engineering related)
  • A minimum of four years’ experience in a medical device related industry.
  • A minimum of two years’ experience in a Quality related role in a medical device industry.
  • Demonstrates knowledge of how a business operates to ensure appropriate interpretation of management system standards.
  • Strong communication skills, able to convey your points clearly.
  • Able to produce high quality professional reports and present them to clients in a clear and concise manner.
  • Proven administrative and organisational skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and manage customer expectations
  • Willingness to travel on a regular basis.
