  • Act as the main point of contact for investigators, monitors, study centres, authorities, sponsors, and patients.
  • Take care of study patients, including scheduling appointments according to the protocol.
  • Handle the organization and coordination of diagnostics, lab work, sample shipments, and study medications.
  • Collect, record, and manage all study data while setting up appointments as per the protocol.
  • Keep investigator files, case report forms (CRFs), and study-related documents organized and archived.
  • Help prepare for monitor visits, study starts, and audits.
  • Work closely with the investigator to make sure the study runs smoothly and follows the protocol.
