Product Sales Specialist

Overview

We are partnered with a global leader specialising in workflow solutions and automation for diagnostics, pathology and oncology. They possess a diverse portfolio of products are are dedicated to improving laboratory and patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site customer support in the use of our products and provide assistance in adapting and setting protocols to specific customer requests, and independently conduct customer training during demos and installations.
• Maintain close contact with customers in the private laboratory/hospital and will be the point of contact for all application-related inquiries.
• Create visibility of the product portfolio through product information and testing of reagents and consumables.
• You will work closely with sales and service and support colleagues in advising customers,
• Provide support e.g new equipment , or new strategic initiatives,
• Participation in trade fairs and congresses when required.

Requirements

• You have several years of practical experience in the implementation and application of histology/immunohistochemical methods and products.
• Driving licence
• You have completed training as an MTA/BTA/CTA or a hold a degree in natural sciences
• High willingness to travel within the region.
• Full fluency in German and English
