Project Engineer

Location – Ghent and Beerse, Belgium

About the company

• This company is working to improve the lives of cancer patients through cell therapy, by eliminating cancer cells. They are building two new manufacturing centres and are looking for a variety of engineers to establish the engineering and technical services organisation, including a Project Engineer.

Duties

• Responsible for leading asset related projects E2E, providing technical expertise, developing internal and external partnerships.
• Project leadership – obtaining agreement on project definitions and priorities.
• Provide support to writing and execution of C&Q documents
• Support the creation and update of CapEx budgets (ensuring schedule and budget adherence.)

Experience

• Degree in Engineering or related discipline
• 5+ years of experience in industry (bio-/pharmaceutical
• 5+ years of proven experience in project management/project leadership
• Self-driven and able to set priorities under pressure
• GMP knowledge and experience
• Project management certification preferred
• Experience with Trackwise and SAP desired
• Fluent in English – Dutch at level C1 preferred
