About – This position will be part of a dynamic research team involved in generating novel cell lines for cell-based therapeutics.

Duties

  • Under GMP conditions, generate novel cells lines by performing, developing and optimising mammalian cell culture processes.
  • Mentor junior team members in good manufacturing practices.
  • Keep comprehensive records of cell culture activities in compliance with GMP documentation.
  • Ensure the SOPs are updated and revied to align with appropriate quality standards.
  • Explore and keep up to date with literature in mammalian cell line research to support the development of the company’s platform.

Experience

  • Over 5 years of experience with mammalian cell culture, preferably with some years working in industry.
  • Proven track record working in a GMP-regulated environment.
  • Strong technical skills in ELISA, flow cytometry, PCR, qPCR, Western blotting and cloning.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
