Senior Director Clinical Pharmacology

Responsibilities

• Act as the Clinical Pharmacology lead for global development programs
• Develop and implement Clinical Pharmacology strategies
• Conduct data analyses including PK and PK/PD analyses, population PK and PK/PD, and other modeling and simulation activities to guide clinical study designs and dose selection
• Work with the BD team on evaluating opportunity as required
• Author relevant clinical protocol sections, study reports, data analysis (exposure/efficacy/safety) to support asset development and registration

Qualifications

• PhD, PharmD or MD degree
• At least 8 years of clinical pharmacology and pharmacometrics experience in industry
• Deep understanding of clinical pharmacology and pharmacometrics best-practices and theory
• Broad understanding of drug development especially Oncology
• Solid understanding of current global regulatory requirements
