Systems Engineer (Senior)
CDMO, focused on the In Vitro Diagnostics and Life Science industries.
Responsibilities
- Technical leadership of development projects for optoelectronic modules.
- Directly interacting with customers to elicit, formulate, and negotiate product requirements.
- Determine design specifications, together with the specialists in your development team.
- Offer support to the Sales and Project Management teams in project planning and scoping.
- Deliver technical leadership to interdisciplinary development teams in the fields of optics, mechanics, electronics, and software.
- Contribute to the definition and realization of platform technologies.
Experience
- Degree in an Engineering / Scientific discipline.
- At least 5 years of professional experience as Systems Engineer, ideally in the Medical Device / Diagnostics industry.
- Track record of leadership – in technical / project / people management.
- Systems Engineering trainings and certifications (e.g., INCOSE certification) would be advantageous.
- Experience in optics and/or optoelectronics would also be beneficial.
- Excellent communication skills in English, German would be a bonus.
