CDMO, focused on the In Vitro Diagnostics and Life Science industries.

Responsibilities

• Technical leadership of development projects for optoelectronic modules.
• Directly interacting with customers to elicit, formulate, and negotiate product requirements.
• Determine design specifications, together with the specialists in your development team.
• Offer support to the Sales and Project Management teams in project planning and scoping.
• Deliver technical leadership to interdisciplinary development teams in the fields of optics, mechanics, electronics, and software.
• Contribute to the definition and realization of platform technologies.

Experience

• Degree in an Engineering / Scientific discipline.
• At least 5 years of professional experience as Systems Engineer, ideally in the Medical Device / Diagnostics industry.
• Track record of leadership – in technical / project / people management.
• Systems Engineering trainings and certifications (e.g., INCOSE certification) would be advantageous.
• Experience in optics and/or optoelectronics would also be beneficial.
• Excellent communication skills in English, German would be a bonus.
