I’m the Operations Manager at Scienta.

A large part of making recruitment successful is the processes and systems that are used along the way. My role at Scienta is to ensure that our tools are optimal to achieve successful hires for our clients. I’m also in charge of Scienta’s employee events. Because we understand that our consultants’ wellbeing impacts the services they deliver.
