Automation Engineer

My client, a global consultancy are looking for multiple Delta V contractors to join their teams in Cork and Ireland.

Job Responsibilities:

• Design, configure, and implement Emerson DeltaV Distributed Control Systems (DCS) for process automation.
• Develop and modify DeltaV control strategies, batch processes, and operator interfaces.
• Perform system integration, troubleshooting, and support for new and existing DeltaV systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, engineers, and end-users, to ensure system requirements are met.

Experience:

• 3-5+ years of experience working with Emerson DeltaV DCS in a pharmaceutical, biotech, or industrial automation environment.
• Strong knowledge of process control systems, batch processing, and automation protocols.
• Experience with DeltaV configuration, graphics development, and system troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements such as GAMP, FDA 21 CFR Part 11, and ISA-88.
