This role is open to candidates in Austria that are able to travel to Vienna to be on site up to 2-3 times per month. Can vary to suit your location.

Engagement: Permanent Part-Time (0.5 FTE / 20 hours per week)

The Role

As the Training Manager within Clinical Operations, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating all internal and external project / trial specific trainings, including sponsor oversight of trainings at CROs. This role will report directly to the Director Clinical Operations and work closely with teh VP Clinical Development.

Main Responsibilities
  • Act as the company training coordinator for Clinical Operations as defined in the company’s Training SOP
  • Project/trial specific trainings:
    • Develop and update training matrix
    • Contribute to training system-set und writing of respective SOP
    • Maintain training status oversight
    • Monitor compliance of project/trial specific training requirements
    • Keep related documentation
  • Sponsor Oversight of outsourced clinical trials:
    • Review and approve CRO´s training matrix
    • Monitor CRO & study site training status
Requirements:
  • Life science degree
  • 2 years experience in clinical research
  • Good GCP knowledge
  • Clear communication skills in writing and speech
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Fluent in German and English (preferable)
