Clinical Quality Team Lead

Scienta are teaming up with an outstanding BioPharma focusing on the research into Oncology & Infectious diseases (Drug development, manufacturing…etc). Based within the heart of Switzerland this role offers and outstanding opportunity for someone looking to relocate/take on a new challenge.

Our client is now looking for a Quality Team Lead to oversee an industry leading team. The position is an exempt level one which is sure to expand your knowledge and experience in the areas of Line/Strategic management, quality management, quality regulations etc.

Responsibilities –

This position enables a wide range of skills be tested/excelled, all of which fall under the regulatory standards within ICH-GCP. The main requirements are as follows –

• Evaluate, Optimise, and improve the “Risk Based” compliance programme in relation to eCTD Module 5.
• Drive the quality mindset within the company/external vendors – ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Lead and manage the day-to-day activities of a group of Quality Leads, overseeing the strategic outcome of the team in relation to company quality standards. Establishing the quality targets for the team etc.
• Contribute to the selection of CRO/Vendors for the Clinical research, as well as providing the quality oversight when in CRO’s/Vendors governance meetings.
• Oversee/prepare for regulatory inspections/Audits.
• Ensuring adequate support for Audits and CAPA, relating to master site plans/external partnerships.

Your Profile –

• Masters, PhD within Sciences is preferred.
• 15+ years of relevant Clinical Quality experience (Pharma/Biotech background)
• Ability to strategically think relating to the long-term goals of the company.
• Expert relating to GCP regulatory compliance.
• Prior demonstration of cross functional collaboration/team management.
• Fluency in English (written & spoken – to a industry standard)
