Role Overview:

As a DeltaV Project Manager, you will play a critical role in leading the successful design, implementation, and validation of DeltaV automation systems for large-scale pharmaceutical and biotech manufacturing projects. You will work closely with stakeholders across engineering, IT, and operations to ensure seamless project execution while managing timelines, budgets, and compliance with industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the end-to-end delivery of DeltaV automation projects, from requirements gathering to commissioning and validation.
  • Lead cross-functional teams, including automation engineers, validation specialists, and client stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and risk management plans.
  • Ensure compliance with GMP, GAMP5, 21 CFR Part 11, and industry best practices.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates and managing expectations.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues during project execution.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize automation processes.

Key Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in project management within DeltaV automation for pharmaceutical or biotech manufacturing.
  • Strong understanding of Emerson DeltaV DCS, including configuration, validation, and lifecycle management.
  • Experience leading automation projects in GMP-regulated environments.
  • Proficiency in managing project scopes, budgets, and schedules in a highly regulated industry.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
