Are you an experienced Clinical Pharmacology leader ready to make a significant impact in oncology drug development? A fast-growing, innovative biopharmaceutical company is seeking a (Senior) Director of Clinical Pharmacology to lead and shape its clinical pharmacology function.

The Role

As the Snr / Director of Clinical Pharmacology, you’ll take ownership of clinical pharmacology strategy across development stages, partnering with cross-functional teams to drive data-informed decision-making. This hands-on role spans PK/PD study design, data analysis, modelling / simulation, and regulatory submission support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead clinical pharmacology strategy
  • Develop and execute CP plans aligned with clinical and regulatory milestones
  • Design and analyse PK/PD studies (noncompartmental and population-based)
  • Apply modelling & simulation for exposure-response analysis and dose optimization
  • Present complex data to internal stakeholders and regulatory bodies
  • Author and review CP content in regulatory submissions (INDs, IBs, etc.)
  • Support scientific due diligence for in-licensing opportunities

What We’re Looking For:

  • Ph.D., Pharm.D., M.D., or equivalent in a relevant discipline
  • 5+ years in clinical pharmacology or pharmacometrics within the biotech/pharma industry
  • Proven expertise in oncology drug development
  • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
