IT Systems Engineer

Location – Ghent/Antwerp, Belgium

About the company

• This company is working to improve the lives of cancer patients through cell therapy, by eliminating cancer cells. They are building two new manufacturing centres and are looking for a variety of engineers to establish the engineering and technical services organisation, including IT Systems Engineer

Duties

• Compliant availability of all non-ERP related computerized systems (e.g. EMS/BMS/LIMS/IDP etc) including CSV
• On site troubleshooting/triage/admin
• Implements SW/HW changes
• Providing technical expertise and leverages best practices
• Ensures the automated systems are fit for intended use and follow regulatory requirements, ensuring flawless liaison with the different teams, vendors, sites and stakeholders
• Specialist in field of industrial automation – extensive experience of systems/platforms
• Identifying and driving continuous improvement

Experience

• Technical education/degree – industrial automation/engineering
• GxP regulated experience 4-6 years – experience in current good automated manufacturing practices (GAMP)
• Experience in industrial automation technology standards and validation in pharma industry
• English and Dutch C1
