The Client:

We are currently exclusively partnered with a highly innovative end-to-end CDMO organization providing services from Discovery to commercialization and launch, specializing in cell and gene therapy (CGT), vaccines, biologics, and antibody drugs. Their solutions include plasmid and viral vector manufacturing for IND filing, clinical, and commercial production

The Marketing Manager, is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive business growth and brand positioning in the biopharma and CDMO markets.

Responsibilities:

  • Create, implement, and refine comprehensive marketing strategies to promote products and services in alignment with business goals, focusing on the biopharma, cell therapy, and gene therapy markets.
  • Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities for growth. Provide data-driven recommendations to enhance product positioning and market penetration.
  • Lead the development and execution of go-to-market strategies for new products and services, including product launches, messaging, and target market identification.
  • Content Creation & Thought Leadership: Oversee the development of high-impact marketing content, including whitepapers, case studies, blog posts, and presentations
  • Define and segment target audiences, ensuring marketing efforts are tailored to meet the specific needs of different customer groups and markets.
  • Work closely with the sales and business development teams to align marketing strategies with sales goals, supporting lead generation, customer engagement, and conversion.
  • Ensure consistent and effective brand messaging across all channels and regions, maintaining reputation as a global leader in life sciences.
  • Organize and manage presence at industry conferences, trade shows, and webinars. Collaborate with key opinion leaders (KOLs) to highlight product innovations.
  • Oversee digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, email campaigns, and social media engagement to increase brand awareness and drive demand.
  • Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, using KPIs and analytics to evaluate effectiveness and make necessary adjustments for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Master of Science or PhD degrees in life sciences are desired.
  • Demonstrated an interest and enthusiasm in strategic marketing
  • Knowledge of Plasmid or Viral Vectors is a must
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills are required
