An innovative company is looking for a strategy driven Outsourcing Manager to manage the external partnerships for the development of their drug development programs. You will work across functionally with scientific disciplines both internally and client side.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify the most suitable external partners for outsourced experimental work.
• Maintain existing CRO partnerships.
• Challenge biological protocols and results.
• Support Program Leaders and other team members to maintain program milestones using data driven decisions.
• Multidisciplinary support through scientific insight across platform and portfolio teams.

Qualifications:

• Small molecule experience.
• PhD in Biology, Pharmacology or other related disciplines.
• 5+ years industry experience.
• Managed tech generated data sets.
• Have previous CRO management experience.
• Experience in techbio environments is highly desirable.
