About the company

• This company focuses on developing the development of novel medicines to prevent life-threatening infections.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and developing a team of scientists, as well as supporting technology transfer and development activities.

Duties

• Hiring and developing the process development team
• Managing tech transfer and process development activities
• Subject matter expert for cell therapy manufacturing, developing best practice standards for experimental design, troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
• Developing and optimising cell therapy manufacturing processes.
• Authoring standard operation procedures, protocols and batch records for the manufacturing of cell and gene therapies

Experience

• PhD in Immunology or Molecular Biology
• Over 10 years of experience in the cell and gene therapy manufacturing area (including process or analytical development experience).
• Extensive experience in modified cell therapy
• Experience managing and developing teams
• Experience in GMP environment
