About
New position in a growing R&D team – Project Manager, Embedded Software.
Our client is an experienced development partner for imaging and video signal processing to the Medical and Automotive industries. Their offerings include:
- Software for image processing, calibration and production
- Electronic solutions: FPGA, micro-controller and eGPU
- Algorithms for image processing and analytics
The company is performing strongly and they’re continuing to strengthen their development team.
Key Responsibilities
- Project planning and management, throughout the entire project lifecycle until successful completion.
- Manage documentation through all phases, from requirement gathering to configuration and release management, in line with internal standards and regulatory requirements (e.g., EN IEC 62304).
- Liaise between customers and the internal development team, ensuring clear communication and achievement of requirements.
- Plan customer demonstrations, coordinating closely with both the customers and the internal development team.
- Assist customers with their product validation activities.
Experience/Qualifications
- Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or another related field.
- Over 5 years of professional experience in software development and project management, preferably focused on embedded systems.
- Experience working in a highly regulated environment, particularly Medical technology.
- Experience working in an agile project environment, taking a strongly team-oriented approach.
- Solution-oriented and diligent, coupled with a willingness to take responsibility and show initiative.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken. At least conversational German required
