Director/Senior Director/Executive Director – Regulatory Policy & Intelligence
This role supports client needs in regulatory policy and intelligence through research, analysis, and strategic insights. Reporting to senior leadership, the Director will lead client projects, develop regulatory intelligence deliverables, and provide timely communication on key policy developments. Ideal candidates will bring experience from regulatory agencies, industry, or trade associations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead analysis of regulatory policy issues impacting the biopharma sector (US, EU, Asia-Pacific).
- Deliver insights to guide regulatory strategies and policy approaches.
- Manage regulatory intelligence research aligned with client goals.
- Oversee client engagements from concept to completion.
- Collaborate across internal teams (Regulatory Affairs, Compliance, Safety) on priority topics.
- Share global regulatory policy developments internally and with clients.
Experience & Skills:
- Deep knowledge of global regulatory policy in key regions (e.g., US, EU, LatAm, Asia-Pacific).
- Background in regulatory affairs, policy, or legal roles within industry or regulatory bodies.
- Skilled in using regulatory intelligence tools and platforms.
- Strategic, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree + 3–4 years in biopharma or regulatory agency or graduate degree + multiple years in Regulatory Affairs or Policy (industry or government)
