Position: Scientific Strategy Program Lead

An innovative pharmatech company is looking for a strategy driven program lead to assist with the development of their drug discovery programs. The role involves advising members across multidisciplinary teams influencing the technological developments within the pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define program milestones and develop new programs
• Implement the baseline technology and methodologies from their propriety platform.
• Make critical decisions on target molecules
• Understand the latest drug trends
• Manage and oversee the project team under your supervision.
• Cultivate and maintain proactive relationships with external partners.
• Maintain project under time and budget objectives.

Qualifications:

• PhD in any scientific field e.g. Biology, Chemistry, Machine Learning or other related disciplines.
• Small molecule experience
• 5+ years industry experience
• Have previously lead early discovery projects
• Strong leadership, collaboration, and communication skills.
