Senior Scientist

About:

As a Senior Scientist you will be involved in assay development for an exciting company developing next-generation technologies for precision therapies in the field of immuno-oncology.

Location: The Netherlands

Key Responsibilities:

• Work within a dynamic team of scientists to develop novel assays.
• Analyse and interpret data to contribute to internal scientific meetings.
• Plan projects and experiments, communicating effectively with cross functional teams.
• Contribute to the development of SOPs and support laboratory activities.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members.

Qualifications:

• PhD in immuno-oncology, immunology or oncology.
• At least 2 years of industry experience.
• Extensive experience with assay development is essential.
• Strong skills with flow cytometry, cell culture, immunofluorescence and confocal microscopy.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English.
