I am the Co-Founder and CEO for Scienta, a recruitment partner dedicated to identifying the best talent for our life science partners and improving the lives of patients globally.

We created Scienta to make a change to recruitment, the life science industry, and our people. The brand represents an employee centric business that is focussed on community, culture and developing consultative recruiters which can truly help our partners achieve their goals.

My role is to oversee business strategy, operations, people, and new any ventures. This encompasses implementing the vision, living the values, and steering the company in a profitable direction. The primary goal is to ensure Scienta is constantly moving forward and fulfilling it’s short and long term vision.
