2024 Life Science DEI Report

Creating a work environment where everyone feels valued and respected, regardless of age, gender, or background, is essential for fostering a thriving and productive organization.

 

However, unconscious bias is still a widespread issue, hindering employee potential and creating a negative work climate.

 

This report explores the results of a workplace bias survey conducted with our candidate community, which consists of over 10,000 life science professionals across the US, UK, and Europe – ranging from 20 through to near retirement age.

 

The purpose of this life science DEI report was to gain a comprehensive understanding of employee experiences with bias and discrimination. The findings will hopefully provide valuable insights into areas where we can strengthen our commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I) with a focus on age & gender.
